It Does all the stages... But in The end it says "service pack did not install" and restarts...
any Ideas?
I need it to play GTA IV!!!! :P

Did you download it and then try to install or did you let windows update do it? In May when I built this rig I tried to upgrade by downloading and it didn't work. But when I let windows update do it it worked fine. Don't know why.
