So I haven't been on this board in awhile, since I asked for help builidng my first PC. I did a lot of research and stuff. Spent like $800 built a pretty good PC.

Except now I forget a lot of stuff. I'm trying to build a relavtively cheap PC for my father, somewhere under $450. I don't need a monitor or KB/M. I know how fast things improve in the tech world, and what was a good deal(as in performance for price) when I built my PC might not be good anymore. So I turn to you GS.

I excpet it to be used mostly for websurfing, music and video playing. Thanks.

Personally I'd get a cheap laptop if you're not using it for anything advanced.
