I just bought a Geforce GTX 460 SE 1GB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130591&cm_re=GTX_460_1Gb-_-14-130-591-_-Product), but I know that my old PSU, at 300W, is to weak to run it. I don't want to spend a lot of money and found a few PSU's that I "think" would work already (I know very little about PSU's), but I don't know if they will fit in my machine. The one I have now is a Bestec ATX-300-12Z. So which of these do you guys think would be best? Would the cheapest work alright or should I do a more expensive one?

Here they are (from cheapest to most expensive):

rule of thumb for PSUs, you never want to cheap out on a PSU so ill say get the Antec one

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371031&cm_re=antec_power_supply-_-17-371-031-_-Product

and two. im not trying to be a kill joy but you do know you got a GTX 460 1Gb SEwhich is slower then a GTX 460 786MB one and will suffer really bad, and not perform the same as a normal GTX 460 1GB

I do know that it's an SE and from the benchmarks I saw the differences didn't seem to be really bad.

Is there anything bad with the cheaper ones that mean Antec one is better or is it simply the Antec one would last longer?

Antec is one of the more reliable PSU manufacturers. Have been around since 1986 building cases and PSUs, so, they must be doing something good to last in this shifting PC world.

the problem with cheaper unknown named branded PSUs is that they tend to go bad right away. the cheaper you go on a PSU the more you will risk of having it going out and risk damage to the rest of your system.

also an other problem with cheap PSUs they might say 500w, 600w, 700w but they might [not] offer the right amount of amps you need on the 12v rails

the Antec is the best to go in this list. it offers 48amps in 12V rails which is pretty good another company you should look up is corsair PSUs the might be a little bit on the pricey side but they are well worth it
