I have the samsung syncmaster 2233.

I would just clean a tv by dusting it or whatever, but you can't really do that with an lcd moniter.

What is the best way to get it clean, like really clean not just get the dust off of it clean, without damaging it.

I actually use those all-purpose cleaner liquids and a dry cotton cloth. They don't damage the screen, at least mine don't. Just make sure you're spraying on the cloth and not the monitor, and don't clean while the monitor is on or hot, because that will leave streaks and no clean properly.

Distilled water + lint free cleaning cloth. Nothing is better than this combo. I never get streaks

Anti-static wipes if possible. If not, I use a microfiber cloth and maybe a drop or two of water

Never spray anything directly on the screen. I just spray a rag with Windex and then wipe it down. I have a 22" Acer monitor.

NEVER use Windex on any screen. Most importantly ones with anti-glare coatings. Only use water.
