you could simply buy a french hooker, for at least 3 hours of fun, will cost you at least up to.....1000 (that is including the transition of US dollor to Euro)sepheronX

Yea, they may be smelly and hairy but those old french whores really treat you right.  If you find one with some STDs, you can usually barter them down a few hundred dollars.

Seriously, tho, I suggest the following:

Core 2 Duo
680i chipset mobo (very much worth it!)
2x1GB DDR2 800MHz memory
8800GTS 320MB version (or ATI equivelent)
250GB SATA hard drive
550 Watt PSU
DVD-RW drives
Floppy Drive
Case, fans, cables
20.1 in widescreen monitor, 5ms or less timing.
