Is this a good laptop? On the entire Future Shop website, I think this is the laptop which offers the most bang for my buck although I don't really know too much about laptops to be honest. Thoughts?

Depends on what you want to use it for. If it's work/school related then that's not a bad laptop. It's got integrated graphics though so you won't be able to play any current games on it. Depends on what you want to use it for. If it's work/school related then that's not a bad laptop. It's got integrated graphics though so you won't be able to play any current games on it. That link doesn't seem to be working for me. It says "No Thread Specified".

This laptop would be used for school mostly. I don't think any game would run on an integrated graphics chip but I still want to make sure everything else is decent considering the price.

sony's laptop always goodlooking ~however the video card is the weakness!

this laptop can only for work or entertainment~not for gaming

As for the rest of the laptop, the parts are pretty good. Intel's Core 2 Duo is the best mobile CPU and the hard drive is a decent size. You've only got 3GB of ram but unless that thing's running Vista64 you wouldn't be able to use 4GB anyway.

I was looking at this laptop mainly because of the processor. I couldn't even find the integrated graphics chip on the benchmark list so I guess that's not a good sign. No Crysis for this laptop:(
