I guess I'll chip in then. It's not an upgrade over XP. Definitely not worth $100. The interface feels slower (I feel like I'm running an old-as-hell PC when I use it), games run slower, and some things take REALLY long to install. For example, the Crysis 1.2 patch took me something like 10 minutes to install.
Home Preminum and...I really don't care...though I'm planning of putting XP in and Dual-Booting...games run okay but I don't think it's vista's fault (P4 EW)
Vista Ultimate x64 since Oct '07......had many problems early on but has gotten much better since resolving lots of driver issues and the install of SP-1. I hope this trend continues........

no operating system is ever an "upgrade" over the previous because each one always takes more memory then the one before it and hence can't be faster.
home premium 64 bit, i like the system for the most part, but have had a few annoying problems. One being I can't install my 2nd 2 gig stick of ram although I don't know for sure that it is a software problem i'm just speculating.
Home Premium and I'm content with it thus far for the past few months, although along the way some games haven't worked properly, but I won't stress out too much as long as I can play the majority of the games I want to play.
Vista Premium since January 07 (that was a mistake)..switched between XP and Vista 32-bit about 5 times up to now. Going to stick with Vista as long as I can, because if I have to re-install/activate again i'm going to have to chuck my computer out of my fourth floor window.
