My current PC specs are listed in my signature, so I won't repost it. My question is, would my PC speed up if I went with a high Wattage PSU (Namely the modular 850W one from Corsair). The reason why I ask is, because I've been checking PSU calculators as of late and noticed that with my current setup, it's cutting it pretty close to 750W, some even went over it.

My CPU is overclocked to 4.2Ghz, 2 GPUs (Factory OC'd, can push to 915Mhz Core without any problem, aside from overheating), 1 SSD, 1 HDD, A lot of fans in the case (1x 230mm LED in the front, 2x 200mm LED on top, 1x 200mm on Side, 1x 140mm on back). I also game at 2560x1440 most of the time. 1920x1080 (blurry mess) when my GPUs can't handle the game.

The PC itself is stable in it's current state. Nothing crashes. If i try to bump it up to 4.5Ghz on the CPU, it's becoming highly unstable.

So would upgrading to a 850W PSU be wise or would it be a waste of money? I mean, it does feel like my PC is underperforming.

Your PSU has plenty of power for your rig. Even the deluxe 560Ti only wants a 550 in the box, and you aren't running any other hardware that's demanding at all. More power does nothing at all for performance.

So what could the under-performing be from? I defrag and clean my PC. No dust on anything, I de-dust it weekly. Everything is up to date. Crysis 3 for example, I had to reduce it to 1920x1080 on LOW to even get 60fps 100% of the time. As soon as I went to 2560x1440, it went down to 30-40fps even on low. On 1920x1080 going to medium reduced it to 40-50s, high was 30-40s, very high 10-20s.

Guess my GPUs are to be considered low-end by now.

I read your specs wrong, but I was right anyway. Your rig calls for less than your 750 according to Nvidia ( http://www.geforce.com/Active/en_US/en_US/pdf/PSU.pdf ). I poked around but was unable to find good comparison benchmarks for the 560Ti SLI vs. the 600 cards. I used my copy of Crysis 2 for target practice after I saw what a POS it was. Wanted to get my money's worth out of it somehow. I suppose it's fairly demanding, but I suspect they just wrote it that way to fool people into thinking the crude, dark, misty, backlit graphics rate the hardware. But never below 60 fps at 1920 is asking a lot, I'd say, in any event. I'm guessing your performance is normal.

Nope they arent - still mid to high, but using beta software as a gauge is never a good idea.  Are you seeing any other gaming issues?

Well most of the games I have don't have any issues. I would mention GW2, but that games engine just plain sucks. FarCry3 was alright, had to bump down to 1920x1080 to get 60fps. BF3 as well. Dishonored runs just fine on 2560x1440@120Hz.

The concern is coming from reading people being able to run Crysis 3 with single 570/580 on high just fine, while my 2 are struggling. I did install the update that's supposed to improve Crysis 3 performance. Then again, it could be something with SLI.

^Not true from my end. Crysis 3 runs like crap on my system, I am not sure if its the servers or its just a demanding game.

Check with afterburner see if you are hitting vram wall?

Highest it shot up to was 1010MB... Right at the limit... This is Crysis 3 Beta @ 2560x1440 on Medium settings. It was around 35-38fps.

Eh... I'm just gonna pass on Crysis 3 till i have the hardware for it.

I just did it to see if maybe it'll improve anything. I hadn't done it since Windows install.

Once in a while when i've installed/removed a lot of stuff. I know it's a 'faut pas' then again, i keep forgetting that i have an SSD in there. By the time I remember, it's too late =[

Ok... what crappy defrag software do you use?

Even the Windows defrag tells you that you have an SSD and theres no need to defrag, it even disables itself.
