hye guys..ive just bought this brand new laptop yesterday,acer aspire 4730gz..

it has mobility 3470 graphic card,n i want to underclock it bcoz i dont like seeing its idle temperature..

idle=60+

load=80+

i know its a normal temperature for this card but then im just want to be on the safe side

And it burns your lap? I doubt overclocking will do much, this is why i would just get a netbook. Try evga precision tool or rivatuner.......

You are on the safe side. Unless it's burning your lap, it's perfectly fine, and won't hurt the life span.
