Black Mesa. It's also officially endorsed by Valve. It's blackmesasource.com.

Note that the site hasn't been active in a while though, but they are still working on it, and it IS a mod nevertheless.

If you mean the direct port of Half-Life onto the Source engine (which looks and plays exactly the same as Half-Life, just with improved physics and better water effects), Half-Life: Source is what you're after. The only way you can get a hard copy, is if you can find Half-Life 2: Game Of The Year Edition. Otherwise you have to download it via Steam.

If you're looking for a complete remake of Half-Life from the ground up using the Source engine, you are looking for Black Mesa, which isn't finished yet.

To my knowledge the only way to get a hard copy of HL:S was through a couple of collector editions of HL2, which aren't sold anymore. So you don't really have a choice.
