If you really feel like you want to have the system overclocked and are afraid to do it yourself, then it's *almost* worth it, but not quite. There's no point in putting Vista Home Basic 32-bit on a system like that. It's silly, actually. It should have at least Home Premium, and the 64-bit version to take advantage of all 4GB of system RAM.
For $100 less (before rebates) you can build the same system at Newegg, with some improvements: 4GB of faster ram (1066MHz), a better 650W power supply, a *really nice* full-featured keyboard and mouse combo, and Vista Home Premium 64-bit. What you don't get is someone else doing the overclocking for you and a one-place-to-call warranty.
