Hi, I've been thinking about running a server for a while now, having year's experience admining in a CoD2 clan. I like games like Call of Duty, team based, but not crazy team oriented like CSS. In the above poll, I have a list of games, that I would like you to vote on under these issues.

I didn't wanna do CSS anyway, too many servers, too popular. I don't want nobody coming to my server because there's 2000 others. DoDS also doesn't have crazy rabid CSS addicts. They give me nightmares :)

I voted CoD:UO for a few reasons:

1. You are already familiar with the game mechanics

2. I know a s**t-ton of people who still play it, almost as many as I know who play WoW

3. It has more people playing, according to Xfire at least, than DoDS, or I would have picked that (maybe).

The only concern I have with UO is that its easier to hack. Is punkbuster just as good as VAC? Does TWL or CAL still do UO by the way?

I've narrowed it down to UO and DoDS, still can't decide......

day of defeat source i used to play the original for a long time, then switched over (unlike the haters -_-")

i can honestly say that it is brilliant especiallyif you get some scrims going on, the game is really great (and underestimated)
