streaming above 60hz?.

If I stream above 60hz on my monitor in full screen I get really bad stutter. Amazon, Netflix. Using Asus strix 970gtx. Any reason why above 60hz makes it stutter?

Either set the stream to 60Hz or buy a new monitor with 120+ Hz

@PredatorRules: I have a monitor what is 144hz and do set it to 60hz when watching. That's my question. why if I set above 60hz it stutters in full screen?. Asus vg27he monitor. Everything is fine at 60hz. 100hz,120,144hz all stutter.

Strange indeed, you sure you've got a 144Hz monitor? try a different port or cable

If you are using an HDMI cable it cannot do 144hz.

I am not using a HDMI cable I am using a dvi-d to dvi-d cable. Games are fine it just streaming above 60hz I get bad stutter. I tried another dvi-d cable too but same thing.
