I'm playing two older games on my Vista laptop and they keep crashing its really frustrating for Starcraft being mainly played online and Morrowind a really long game. With Starcraft I've tried running it in admninstrator mode and it still crashes. And before crashing thers always this period where the music freezes and keeps repeating itself. So it could be cause the disc is bad? I haven't tried compability mode yet if i do which windows should I run it for?
Try getting a no-cd crack for starcraft. That way u can tell if it really is the cd. Get it from http://www.gamecopyworld.com/ Just paste the .exe file into your starcraft directory.
