im pretty sure it is. if you read about how they actually pick a battle report, dustin browder said that they dont actually record commentating unless theyve chosen a game for sure. i dont think theyd go through all that trouble of recording a voice over if this battle report wasnt going to be released. dustin browders the lead game designer i dont think he has time for that kind of stuff
