Is there a way to convert the Red/Yellow/White cable signal to a monitor compatible one? I need one for my DTH TV Service. Also, would there be any sort of alternative to do this? Like via PC?

You need a VGA converter box. Something like this LINK, Google around a bit.

Ah I saw one of those dabby dap boxes in a hardware store. Is there a way to connect the set-top box to my PC so that I can play this thing via Windows Media center and even record 'em?

A TV tuner card would be able to do that LINK.
