Not much of a power, how do you run games these days? high graphics or is it mixed of medium high?

EDIT: from what I see you can run Far Cry 3 on 24fps on ultra with 1 560ti, so I guess you run it on solid 40fps+ ?

not that bad in 1080p

but low- medium in current games at 1440p

I see, well you're right I've just checked and 560ti SLI comes close to my 280X.

It's a fact that prices will drop when the new series will be released, the question is how much can you wait and when it'll be released?

But yes anything below GTX780 or 290 is not worth it unless you find some sweet deal on 2x 760 which is the same thing.

Get a GTX 780 , you can pick one up for $490 ASUS GTX 780

Or 290 by Gigabyte for 400$
