Yeah. I'd say around $280 for that setup.

Retail value is around $800 given this.  Are you selling the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive, floppy drive (if any), or monitor as well?  Use this chart to find what fractional value you need (an approximated selling value in parentheses):

Never used - 3/4 ($600)
6 months old - 3/5 ($480)
12 months old - 1/2 ($400)
18 months old - 2/5 ($320)
24 months old - 1/3 ($266.67)
30 months old or older - 1/4 ($200)

I'm inclined to agree with the sub-$300 crowd. I think you'd be better off seeing if anyone locally is interested before putting it up on eBay. Shipping PCs isn't an inexpensive prospect and shipping an already assembled one will require some extra attention to packing to prevent parts from being dislodged during transit.

Instead of getting a floppy, why dont you buy a DVD drive that comes with DVD playback software and DVD burning software. Then you wont even need a floppy.

This is kind of a funny story, I bought a system with a 2.8 Ghz Pentium 4, 512 MB DDR2 RAM running at 400 Mhz, and the same video card with no monitor included, just the PC and a keyboard and a mouse, and I paid nearly 600 dollars for it!

I can't see anyone spending over $200, maybe 250 on that.

The 1GB of RAM certainly helps push value up though.
