All the parts are good my friend! The 9800GTX is a bit overpriced and i dont see you having a decent CPU cooler but really its fine. For RAM i recommend 2GB's @ 800Mhz because thats the sweet spot for most people. You would really only need faster RAM than that if you was quite experienced with overclocking and by the fact your asking us for help i will presume your not :)

Memory - Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 $52.99 ($27.99 after MIR)

Power Supply - PC Power & Cooling Silencer S610EPS 610Watt $109.99 ($94.99 after MIR)

CPU Cooler - ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm $26.99

Like Daytona said, the 9800GTX is kinda overpriced. Have you considered an 8800GTS (G92) card?

55w? I'm guessing you mean 550w, it'll probably be ok, although to be sure do you have the model/specs/link?

With your VideoCard choice, make sure your PSU has 2 x 6-pin power connectors. Cheers
