Recommend me a driving game! Please!

Okay, I've been trying to find a driving game where I can customize my cars. So far I bought Burnout, but you can't really upgrade, or customize the cars(like engine, wheels...etc). You can only use 75 cars which all look alike.

Grid would be great, but you can't really customize your car in that game. Meh. NFS?

I really want a game where you can cuztomize your engine, wheels, tire, bumbers, nitro..etc. Do those game offer that? Most games these days are all about the grafics.

Is the game good overall?

Need for Speed: Underground 2, Forza Motorsport 2

NFS Underground 2 is the most costumizable NFS, Juiced 2 is like that too and the best (although I don't like it) is Stree Legal Racing Redline, you can even build a whole car out of parts on your own :P, it's by far the most advanced game.
