Down the line, maybe. I work in a school where anything that small is likely to get broken and/or nicked if it isn't carefully tracked, so something that small is best left to the schools with fewer kleptomaniacs and vandals.

I'm planning to buy one when they become available again. I work as a programmer, it's exciting to see a computer so cheap.

I want to see what video files it will actually play first. I'm interested in running XBMC on it.

I presume you know there's a video showing XBMC running on it? http://www.raspberrypi.org/archives/571 It can play full-HD video comfortably, as it has a fairly decent GPU.

i will be buying 3. 1 for my brother and 2 for me. why 2? well i dont want it getting lonely :P. i will get one later when they add a case though.

You won't be able to order 3, companies are being strict since people are trying to profiteer from it

It will surely come with it's own power brick.

It might not since people are usually flooded with microusb chargers from their cellphones.

Yeah I have seen the video. I'm just curious what file formats it will play with ease. So far they have only said the gpu decodes H.264 files.

I didn't want to make another thread. Has anyone seen where you can purchase cases for it? The only things I found were like AutoCAD DIY designs. Also, has anyone got theirs yet?
