Ram wont run at stock latencys

hi my ram has a stock latency of 4-4-4-15, but whenever i set it to that in the bios it will run fine but when in game like mdw 2 for example it just blue screens after about 5 minutes, any thoughts on wahts going on here?

Did you bump the memory voltage up to 2.1?

no i didnt cause i couldnt find the voltage setting for it. However on a second look i found something stating the voltage was at 1.93 and a setting under "mb intelligent tweaker" called "over voltage controle" which allowed me to sellect options from 0.1v-0.7v . I picked 0.2v; have i done the right thing here or have i done something bad?
