I use that motherboard and am quite pleased with it, so long as you aren't planning on going 3-way sli and can live with 4 sata its a great mobo for the price.

There are a couple of things that would certainly help, but are not required.

You might want to buy a couple of 120mm case fans to improve airflow and cooling. Also, if you plan to route your PSU cables behind the motherboard tray (I recommend doing this), then you might want to pick up an 8pin CPU power cable extender.

i picked up one extra case fan...i know where to put it...was thinking about a second but im not sure it will fit where i want it so i deal with that later cuz its not a big deal really. as for the extender cable...is that all im gonna need is just the one? and if anyone knows anything about antec 900...am i gonna have to drill holes?

I'm really not sure if the Antec 900 has pre-drilled holes in the motherboard tray for cables. I know the 1200 does, but I'm not sure about the 900. You only need the extender for the CPU cable because it is at the top of the motherboard.

I was also wrong about the extra case fan; I thought the 900 only came with two fans. You only need one extra case fan to put on the side panel.

I did some research and discovered that the newer ones do have pre-drilled holes, although that doesn't always guarantee that you'll get one like that.

Another case that you might want to check out if you care about pre-drilled holes is the Cooler Master 690.

You'd better hurry up! The deal ends on the 15th and the free shipping could go away at any time.

At NewEgg. The 900 is $109 + $20 shipping

The 1200 is $174 with free shipping, but there is a promo code to get 20% off, so 174x.8 = $139, just 10 more than the 900. The promo expires tuesday.
