I basically know nothing about PC's and could do with a hand. I have a PC (ethernet) and 2 Laptops (wireless) connected to my SKY Broadband Router, they are all Vista.

I am attempting to install a wireless USB stick onto my XP PC and it has found my wireless connection but has been "acquiring Network address for 95 minutes, how long should this take?

You need to ensure it is properly connected to your network.

I've installed proper drivers which were on CD, i tried for any updates on other PC but the stick is not compatible with Vista. When I right click on the Internet Icon at the bottom right corner of the screen a box comes up and it has the name of the network, something about packets sent and "acquiring network address", i've tried using customer services for the wireless USB but they not replied to E-Mail I sent two days ago.
