New video card -

Hey guys, I'm looking into a new laptop, and am a bit of a rook when it comes to hardware specs

I was looking at getting a build with an ATI Mobility RADEON® HD 3670 - 512MB

I think this is a good card, but I read that it wouldnt be able to run modern games very well.

My aim was to be able to play Empire Total War with fairly high settings
