i dont really think it is possible, unless u trash teh file for that planet all together, use the saved creature from the end of tribal stage, and start on another planet, in civilisation stage, hope it helps.
First off, do not bump your topic a few minutes after posting it, then wash, rinse, repeat. You could have edited your orginal post to ad relevant information to your topic. Multiple posts in that vain tend to make other users leave/ignore the topic.
Second, in regards to your question the answer is there is currently nothing you can do about it. But then again, Spore was designed in a way that you cant really make you game unplayable until you get to the galatic level. You may have to play it in a different style to what you planned, but you should be able to play through. Other than that, you can either start over or wait for a thrid party cheat to apear.
