Need a single player game like counterstirke

My uncle bought counter-stirke a couple of weeks ago, and he liked the idea of the game, but he didn't want to have to play online with other people. He wants a single player game like counterstrike he can play by himself. I gave him half life to try, but he didn't like the whole kill aliens and weird monsters thing, he wants it to be more realistic. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I need a single player game in the style of counter-strike... any suggestions?-0ne-

You do know you can create your own server and use bots right?

BOTS! The CS bots are a lot of fun to play against, they also work in custom maps. 

Counter-Strike: Condition Zero is, basically, a single-player version of Counter-Strike. It isn't much more advanced than playing CS with bots, but it's the closest that you'll get to a single-player CS game.

Other than that...I'd recommend playing some of the tactical shooter series: SWAT, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, etc. They're more technical than CS, but they offer much better single-player modes, and may just be what you're looking for.

indeed for an almost free game the AI is amazing. They are just so fun to play against.

2-Call of Duty 2

3-Far Cry

 and here some other cool realistic games but old

3-Freedom Fighters

5-Mafia

Rainbow 6

Medal of Honor PA

Ghost Recon

the last three are realisticish, no game is 100% and condtion zero is a SP CS pretty much. 

counter strike condition zero.

Chances are you and your uncle already got CZ.   Condition Zero.

Rainbow 6 comes to mind for realism,..kinda

start steam and look under games to see if CZ is  in "download" staus and crank that out.

 Lol at list of "realistic" games.  FEAR?  FarCry?  Giant mechs and rocket launching mutant monkeys?  I'd recommend SWAT 4, great game, reasonable amount of difficulty.
