Wow, this is just funny

My newer computer is the best at any available game, Supreme Commander, no sweat, C&C 3, it eats it good, swallows it good too

But my step-dad decides to be nice, and he takes me to gamestop to pick me out a game. Our Gamestop has a great collection of PC games, so I say lets get Civil War: A Nation Divided, classically a history game with somewhat said to be good elements.

Step 1-Install game, kapis

Step 2-Play Kapis

Step 3-Actually play the game itself when its started up

Everything at first is fine, then at the Battle of Fredericsburg, the action starts getting slow. The game is to the point of 1 fps. I cntrl-alt-del, and task manager shows that the game is using 50*cpu, and 1700mb of ram

So now I cannot play a simple to run game, and I cannot relive history in my room.

Why is this, does anyone know? Is it Vista, or Nvidia, or what?

Please help out    ****I have Vista 32-bit drivers 100.36

with me nothing, im just a little mad that my step dad spent $20 on a game that is sucking up my computer, obviously it shouldnt be

Im installing the latest nvidia vista drivers, 101.71, lets see if that will fix the issue. Anyone know whats the problem with this game on my pc?

Activision could have made so much more out of this game, they have the resources and brightness to do it. An example of laziness and carelessness is very evident in Civil War:A nation divided
