Modern Warfare 2 Issues...

Graphic bugs:

These happen randomly when I start a map, this one bellow though happens sometimes when the loading bar for a new map finishes.

4870x2, E8400, Vista 32 bit, 650 watts PSU. (All drivers up-to date)

All other games work perfectly fine, even Modern Warfare 2 works fine sometimes, any help would be apreciated.

Done, I might try it again after this DX thing I downloaded, be posting back in a bit.
