Is 2GB more then enough? How great will my perfomance in games increase when I get 800MHz instead of the 667MHz? Does it really matter? Because if it does't I'l get the cheaper 667mhz module.

You will not see any difference in games from 667 to 800Mhz

Also, 2GB is fine. Though, a lot of games show absolutely no difference between that and 1GB, it's always nice to have extra if your system needs it.

Don't listen to critical about needing an extra gig. I almost did, and then I found out all I needed was a good video card to run my games.

Yes, 2 gig is enough.

2GB is plenty... 800MHz compared to 667MHz mostly is used to overclock your CPU and keep the RAM syncronized, running at a faster FSB.
