Mani Admin Plugin/Counter Strike Source game crashing

My friend recently biught CS: S for me through Steam, and I download and play it... all is fine till they switch maps, then the game crashes when downloading this "Mani_admin_plugin" and I have to hard shutdown my PC. Is there any way to DL it, out of game, or any fix to the problem... I REALLY want to play :)

Just turn server downloads off then you wont get no mani crap.

Think it's cl_downloadfilter off     (something like that, check Steam forums)

cl_allowupload 0

If its not any of these then check Steam forums, i just checked my setup and these r the 3 commands i used.
