Not a big fan of ASrock, I recommend Gigabyte or Asus boards.

Yeah but Gigabyte tends to have really cheap boards that honestly are better overall. Also kinda leery about my friends CS experience with AsRock

get this one, Nothing is needed more, cheap mobo doesn't mean you need to go as 100$ high, unless you're planning on 2 GPUS, extreme RAM speeds etc.

I recommend go with FX6300 along with this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286

and for case my recommendation goes to Corsair 200R http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139018

or Antec GX700 http://www.amazon.com/ANTEC-Power-Supply-Tower-GX700/dp/B00AW68H6G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1388060321&sr=8-1&keywords=antec+gx700
