Looking for a cool tank game!

I'm looking for a more recent tank game that plays kinda like Panzer and Panzer 2. I do not like the capturing of zones like in Company of Heroes. Just plan combat is what I'm looking for.

I wish I could suggest you other than World of Tanks but ATM it's all I've got; War Thunder is building it's tank controlled units, but it's in Beta now so yeah...

I was browsing Steam today and found this game called Wargame: AirLand Battle.Looks like the type of game ive been looking for!

It's a good game but it was too complicated for me; A true masterpiece if you're into command units and think like a real general that calculated fuel and ammo etc.

Wow, Wargame is the best RTS ive played.

Steel Beasts....if you want to buy the most expensive PC game out there. I know it is a sim and not a RTS, but you can play it like one....just more realistic.
