Ladies and gentlemen, the wait is finally over!!!

Final Fantasy 8 is finally out on Steam.

Ive been waiting forever to buy the game. I have it on emulator but that sucks.

Final Fantasy 8 is my favorite game of all time. Man I cant wait to finish the game all over again.

There is an awesome solution to that, but against rules on this forum (don't see the problem if you have paid for the game anyway). Also 7 is better IMHO.

I think its awesome. I can use cloud saves to play on any of my devices. I could use my netbook to play at college.

I didn't like the system of stealing magic points instead of refilling the meter with potions and such. Besides that, the game was definitely pretty for it's day. I don't remember much about the story....

probably because the story was garbage. probably one of the worst RPG stories ever created....

blows my mind every time someone says FF8 is their favorite FF....

Is it actually required I remember people saying that about FF7 but all you needed to do was have a square account and after that it does not require internet

Beat it so many times that I remember the game from beginning to end, where to get the GFs, where to go, where to find the items, etc. I am a mental walkthrough. :P

This was my childhood Final Fantasy game, my first one to be exact that got me into the Final Fantasy series. Lots of people hate the junction system but I find it to be okay.
