I have a pc with a geforce 8600 and am trying to run Just Cause 2 and Metro in 2033, my machine runs these games?

Yes, but not very well. Half of the awesomeness of Metro 2033 is its atmosphere. Maybe save up for another card. By the way, wrong board.
