Are these components good to overclock a Q6600 (Asus P5k , 3xKingmax FBGA Mars 1GB DDR2 1066MHz

and i am waiting for the new 8800 GTS , now i have a 6200 PCI

Can i overclock to 3GHZ with no problems? and please recomend me a good cooler.

Likely will want a better psu. For OCing that should be fine. A friend of mine easily got his Q6600 up to 3.2ghz

I think under load it's sitting around 60. I can't think what cooler he has though. Bit of a monster of a cooler though.
