Get the GTX460 1GB, miles better.

If you can stretch a bit further, a 460 would be a much better choice. But yes, the 450 will do just fine.

For $139.99 you can get a 5850 best bang for buck card atm. The 5850 is faster compared to the 460 and 6850.
