Ur-Quan Masters and Space rangers 2 are both isometric space games that involves flying around and exploring space and planets. the old freelancer allows your to fly between planets, but the planets cant really be explored to any extent
If you want to look to the future there are a few either open for early access or in development. Im not sure about these games entirely but theres Kinetic Void, Starforge, Star Point Gemini 2, and of course Star Citizen. So many Stars lol. Oh and X Rebirth might interest you.
