iRacing Sim (MAC) "GET REQUIRED UPDATES" problem

Hi, I'm new here and not sure if I am posting in the correct spot.

Anyway, I recently bought and downloaded the iRacing Sim for Mac. I have downloaded all of the:

*Required, Requested, Additional and Optimal updates. (Fully Updated). Yet when i try to do a test race, instead of a Green 'Race Now' button, I am seeing a Red 'Get Required Updates' box.

I am using Google Chrome, have tried other browsers. I have disabled all extensions and firewalls. Restarted Computer didn't help. My iMac has well above specs to run the program. It's killing me guys..

EDIT: If it makes any difference, when trying to TEST race; I can see images of the track I have selected, but not the car.
