So I basicaly I put a non sweating ice pack this GPU's http://www.firingsquad.com/media/article_image.asp/2457/01black heatsink not the one with a fan and benchmarked FF XIV

here's my results without the ice pack

1280x720 2777

1920x1080 1500

with the ice pack on the black fanless heatsink

1280x720 3600

1920x1080 2515

about the black heatsink what can I do to cool it down for a long period of time I dont wanna shortcut nothing?

Ok I checked whats under the little heaksink and its the ram's, so Im wondering why the do they get so hot ?

Because they are processing loads of information and using allot of power under full load to do it.

The fanless heatsink is most likely for the voltage regulators. That is where they are typically placed on Radeon cards. It looks like your RAM chips (spaced around the gpu) are sink-less. Cooler VR = more efficient power delivery to the components, and thus likely better bench results.

Is it possible that my psu doesnt have eneough power ? it has 530 watts is it enough for the 4890 ?

530W Is good enough, you need a min of 500W for the 4890

I actually dont really get what youre asking still. Cooling a GPU will not get you higher frames (Unless it used to be REALLY hot) or performance. If you get better cooling, like water cooling you will be able to OC your card thus making it faster.
