I'm considering buying a new laptop and I saw an HP laptop that really caught my attention. here are the specs:

-Intel Core 2 Duo (2.40Ghz)

-RAM: 4GB DDR2

-250Gb Hard Drive

-Blu-Ray player

-Nvidia Geforce 9200 512MB

-Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

-Vista home Premium

So what do you think, I haven't been a PC gamer in a while mostly because my desktop is a piece of crap but would really like to start playing PC games again so will this be good enough to run current games? how long do you think this will last me both in durability and specs-wise, as in will I need to upgrade it soon?

Thanks in advance

that GPU (9200) is not for gaming. you could play some old games and maybe even some new games with lowest graphic settings.

even the latest series allways has non-gaming chips for multimedia use, usually seen in laptops. you should be looking at 9600 and up for gaming.

9800 should do the job even with latest games

basicly no. they don't sell laptop graphics cards anywhere, and gaming laptops are always specifically designed for powerful graphics gards for proper air ventilation and cooling system.

Ok, so I found another model.. this one had the GeForce 9600M GT and the processor is Core2Duo T9400, 2.53 Ghz. What do you think? will this be able to run most new games and upcoming games as well? Also, does this processor support 64-Bit
