Hyper 212+ Compatibility Question

So I'm thinking of getting the CM Hyper 212+ heat sink, the problem is that I have an AM3+ mobo, and under compaitibility it only lists AM3. So I am guessing that doesn't mean I can use the CM Hyper 212?

If that's the case, what heat sink would you recommend?

Not true at all. The HAF 922 is 10" wide so you shouldn't have any problems. It even fits in my rinky dink Cooler Master Centurion 5 which is only 7.95" wide.

All AM2/AM2+, AM3/AM3+ use the same socket dimensions, so any AM2 based cooler will work on an AMD 3+ socket and vise versa.04dcarraher
