How well will my laptop handle next-gen games ex.WatchDogs

I have a Asus N550JK

Specs are the following

- 8gigs ram

- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.4GHz

- GFX Nvidia GTX850M

Wondering what settings/fps I can play the next-gen games that are coming out such was Watch dogs and etc

Hoping I can get a high low/med setting out of them with good fps

Such as Watch Dogs? you mean poorly optimized multiplatform ports? not much, you need a 1500$ gaming laptop do to so

Maybe if you reduced the resolution to 1366x768 and upscaled it on the 1080p screen. The roughly desktop equivalent of the GTX 850m is a GTX 570.

Here's Techspot's Benchmarks on WD. Game settings are on High. If it's your video card alone, you could probably go with at least Medium. It's the laptop CPU that might drag performance down (even though it's top tier as far as mobile CPUs go).

You could probably run it at a lower resolution.

Next gen... Watchdogs... does not compute.
