I had to change some stuff aroud with my TV earlier and noticed it has one set of ( plug ins is taht the word?) for Component HD, the TV is 6 or 7 years old and I was wandering what Resolutions were available at teh time, Im sorry I dont know muc habout HD TV's and I must sound Like a noob but I was just wondering I f I should take the time and hassle to move everything around and hook up my 360 to it. I apprehiate any help.

Your TV is probably only SD, so it would only be able to do 480i. The component cables would still improve the picture, though.

No, I said 480i. It's unlikely you bought an ED or HD TV without realizing it. Most modern SDTVs have component inputs.
