You could try rnning Supreme Commander maxed out with hundreds of units on screen with shadows enabled.SLandeRRYep, this is probably it.
Well people talk about how they have not invented a computer that can max Supreme commander with the thousands of units that end up being built. but maybe they were full of it.TrailorParkBoy
Well I think if you bring in a few AI players there is no computer built that can handled SC's capability if you push to thousands of units built. The AI opponents almost require duel core processors even with just one or two AI's. SC just really pushes boundries as most good battles are easily 300+ units on each side. It's actually amazing the game plays as well as it does given the scale.
max out flight simulator x. my computer is: amd 4600 dual core, 2 gb 4200 ddr2, nvidia geforce 8800 gtx 768mb, vista home premium 32 bit.
i get like 4 to 7 frames per second. i sure hope the directx 10 update helps. it would be a good example of how effective directx 10 optimization is. i know my cpu and ram don't do my card justice. so, if the card can do more it should help.
by the way, company of heroes runs like butter. even when zoomed in. everything maxed with antialiasing maxed i get an averege frame rate of 177. fear : 245.

What will really test your rig is if you download the mod that allows you to raise your unit cap from 1000 units to 10,000 units
Rainbow Six Vegas is a system hog for sure, but well worth it. Sephiroth__666
r6 Vegas should run a lot better considering its not that great looking(just like the horrible looking Ghost Recon AW), but i think it runs lousy because its a lazy port from the x360 version. the game is just plain unrefined.
Wanna test your comp? Run a damn benchmark. Do you really need to post a thread asking such a question? Then cry for help when nobody tells you the OBVIOUS games out there? Go find a game and PLAY it......play it for the sake of enjoying the game.......
Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines
Rofl, yeah, it's not really a demanding game but I remember having real problems running it because it was really poorly optimized.
Oh, count in every stupid game that's made for both pc and console, I hate those games because they're usually very ugly, easy and poorly optimized.
