Hey guys i've been looking at some computers later to buy for gaming and so on so I was wondering whether this would be a suitable computer.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Intel-Core-i5-2400-3-1GHz-DESKTOP-COMPUTER-PC-4GB-1TB-/360356421011?pt=AU_comp_dekstop&hash=item53e6ea9d93

And I was gonna look into buying an ATI radeon 5450 or a GT520. Are they alright or bad?

Those two cards would be rubbish for gaming. Decide how much you want to spend on a PC, and build it yourself, or get a local store to order the parts and assemble them.
