GOG... oh GOG why?........ why?

lol im just really looking forward to the launch of this site, it says coming september '08

im really wanting to play some good old games.

anyone have any info on it... im looking to get fallout and fallout 2 for my first two games.

It's currently in beta right now. You had to have given your E-mail to them before a certain date to get a key and get in. I did. :D I don't plan to buy any games from them yet, though; I just applied to see what games they were going to offer and what the layout would be like and everything.JP_Russell

Why did you appear and now we'll have to buy all those good old games instead of playing them for free after a couple of years, like Warcraft 1, 2, Day of the Tentacle, Benath a Steel Sky and others? And yea i was thinking of signing up for the beta, but it would have been pointless for me. I might use this service if it turns out well. Fallout seems tempting

A place to play all of the old classics...Solving abandonware..AKA Fallout 1-2 Freespace, MDK..games that are hard to find..

ALSO (for beta testers)...DONT LOG IN ALL THE TIME, theres only a certain limit for logging into the site..i know..i learned the hard way..

so get in and get what you want.. then get out..

I did the same thing, email them and they will enable your access key again.

Yep, I applied for the same reasons, and also am in the beta.

It's a very good service, I have Fallout and Freespace 2. They wern't lying about no DRM either, you buy your game, download and install and you don't even have to stay signed into some sort of program.PwningStick
