gangs come back or what ? (scarface)

I have 82 of the 83 gangs extermenited

I shot a couple of guys (the gang at the bank in north beach)

when they tried to escape 1 got away

now he says, that they will come back

but when ?

I have been waiting for hours

I've just exterminated 3-4 gang's and looking kinda clueless what to do next.I am just completing Felix mission's one by one.Or selling coke to gang's to earn money. or running away from cop's.Or much better; listening to soundtrack's & freeroaming.I've only purchased very few exotic's and a shop's front.I really don't've idea what i really've to do besides sidequests.

Does Scarface've a main story or is it only of side quests like above.The starting sequence of the game was excellent though.

It seem's ur nearing finish and've really progressed well in the game ,so would u kindly tell me what tony has to do apart from side mission's.Is there a main story like GTA 3/vc/sa ?

well, there is a pritty long and interesting main campaign

but can any one tell me if they respawn ?
