Galactic Civ III or Beyond Earth?

I'm contemplating getting one of these off steam, I'm in the mood for some space-themed stratagy game.

Which one should I go for?

I own both and it is not even close, GC3 (and 2) >>>> Beyond Earth. It has way more customization, imo improved gameplay and more depth.

GC3 looks awesome. Beyond Earth looks like it dropped the ball... I'm going with GC3 myself

Havent played GC3 yet but BE needs a lot of content and some fixing to be considered good . I'm sure Firaxis will fix at one point ( as it did with Civ V ) but as of now any decent turn based game would be a better option
