Fraps isnt free dude. The one that is free only lets you record for 30 secs. Well its considered free in a way. Try googleing it. I remember i found a bunch of programs like fraps but i forgot what they are called.
There is another program called 'CamStudio', but it isn't free. You can, like so many other programs, find it for 'free' on the internet. CamStudio is good for recording what you doing on the desktop, but not for games. Makes them too laggy. So… Stick to Fraps, it’s the best program out there for recording games.

Yes FRAPS is a nice program for capturing videos, but the videos takes up ALOT of space, but I've managed to cut them down using Flash MX, but now I have another problem. I cannot upload Flash videos here on GS, so I need something which can convert my Flash files into Avi or something which can be uploaded here on GS. Any suggestions?
